FAQ

"What should I wear for my shoot?"

My advice is to wear whatever you're comfortable in! Most people tend to wear summer dresses, or jeans and a t-shirt. But anything works, choose something that you feel good in.

"What if my horse is bad at putting their ears forward?"

I have had a few horses that would rather do anything than put their ears forward, but I am very patient and we can wait for the right moment. It helps if you bring someone along on the ground to be a treat bag shaker too! Sometimes the sweetest pictures are the ones where they don’t even have their ears forward anyway.

"What if there is bad weather?"

We will check the forecast for the day of the shoot, and if it doesn’t look so good we will adjust accordingly. Either to a different time of the day or a different day all together. It doesn’t have to be sunny either, a lot of my favourite photos were taken on cloudy days.

"What if I don't feel comfortable in front of the camera?"

I will work to your preferences completely and go at your pace to ease you into it. I come prepared with poses that I can direct you into and little tips to help it all look more natural. You don’t have to be in all the photos or any at all for that matter. If you really don’t want to be in any pictures, my suggestion would be to take a look at my Black Background package.

"Where is the furthest you travel?"

I provide free travel up to 20 miles of Fleet (GU51). Additional travel is 60p per mile. I tend to cap it at around 45 minutes. But please get in contact to discuss if you think you may be too far as we may be able to work around it.
