Terms & Conditions


This is the boring stuff… However I need to have these in place to protect both me and you. A lot of it goes without saying but better safe than sorry! I’ve tried to simplify everything to make it easier to understand. Please get in contact if there are any questions or concerns about any of the policies.

T&Cs


  • £10 deposit must be taken at time of booking otherwise the date is not secured and can still be offered to other clients
  • Travel fee will apply outside of 10 miles of GU51 at 6op per mile
  • Unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable
  • The remaining balance for the photoshoot is due no later than 1 week before the date
  • No cash payments are accepted. Only accepted methods of payment are Bank Transfer and PayPal.
  • Failure to pay before the photoshoot date will result in cancellation.
  • Refunds will be looked at on a case by case basis but I cannot guarantee a full refund under any circumstances
  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • No abuse will be tolerated and if there are any incidents during the photoshoot I may leave at any time.
  • It is free to reschedule a photoshoot for bad weather, otherwise rescheduling requires another £10 deposit.
  • All galleries stay online for 12 months, and then they are deleted from my website. I can’t guarantee I will have access to the photos after that time so please make any purchases within the gallery in the 12 month period.
  • It is a crime to screenshot and post watermarked images from any gallery and this will not be tolerated and further action may be taken.
  • Each package includes UP TO the time allowed - if circumstances (other than weather… Typical UK!) mean we can not fill the whole time there will be no refund or reimbursement if you have agreed that we can end the photoshoot.
  • Following advice from the Government website and Citizens Advice, once you accept the service as good enough you are not entitled to a refund and do not have the legal right to have it done again
  • In the event of a camera failure or other technical issue, we will do another shoot a different day. I can’t guarantee a refund.
  • By paying for your photoshoot, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms
