T&Cs


  • Until £10 booking fee is taken, the date is not secured and can still be offered to other clients
  • Travel fee will apply outside of 10 miles from Crondall at 65p per mile
  • The £10 booking fee is non-refundable, except where cancellation is made by the photographer
  • The remaining balance for the photoshoot is due no later than 1 week before the session
  • Accepted methods of payment include Bank Transfer and PayPal.
  • Failure to pay before the photoshoot date will result in cancellation.
  • Refund requests be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds are issued at the photographers discretion unless otherwise required by law.
  • I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session without refund.
  • No abuse will be tolerated, including that towards horses, I reserve the right to end the session immediately without refund.
  • Clients participate in photoshoots at their own risk. The photographer cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage occurring during the session except where caused by negligence.
  • It is free to reschedule a photoshoot for bad weather, otherwise rescheduling requires a £10 deposit.
  • All galleries stay online for 12 months, after that they are removed from my website. I can’t guarantee I will have access to the photos after that time so please make any purchases within the gallery in the 12 month period.
  • Watermarked preview images remain the copyright of the photographer and may not be copied, screenshot, edited, distributed or used commercially without written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
  • Each package includes up to the time allowed - if circumstances, excluding weather, mean we cannot fill the whole session time, there will be no refund or reimbursement if we have mutually agreed that we can end the photoshoot early.
  • Following advice from the Government website and Citizens Advice, once you accept the service as good enough you are not entitled to a refund and do not have the legal right to have it done again.
  • Any concerns regarding image quality or service provided must be raised within 14 days of gallery delivery. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve genuine concerns.
  • In the event of a camera failure or other technical issue, we will redo another shoot a different day. I cannot guarantee a refund.
  • Clients arriving late may result in reduced shooting time. Sessions will still finish at the agreed time and no refund or additional time will be provided.
  • By paying for your photoshoot, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms
